Met Operating Rule #3 with 13 of 13 towns represented in order to conduct business. 

Treasurers Report for 2016 – current balance @ $795.00 (3 months of web site charges)

Request any New Business to be added to the meeting agenda

Information was provided to representatives to look and possibly consider for 2017

Next Meeting New Items for Discussion

1. Raise Tournament Fee from $2.00 > $3.00 adults Action by BOD: Increase Tournament Entry fee to $3.00 (Currently @ $2.00)
2. Start Single Tournament Games @ 7:00pm Action by BOD: No change to current format 
3. TIE GAMES – How to handle (1X – 10 years) / Review situation and how was handle this year Action by BOD: No change (Continue to allow President to make best decision at time)
4. Courtesy  Runners - YES / NO Action by BOD: No Change / NOT ALLOWED

General Business

• Confirmed commitments from the following towns to host 3rd, Semi-Finals and Finals in 2016 

        Didgets – Wakefield     Bronco – Wayne Pony – Wisner

Roll call the number of teams each town is submitting for league play in 2016

Towns submit the following for League Participation

1. ROSTERS with player names – birth dates – uniform numbers
2. League fees for each team { $45.00 – Did get / Broncos     $60.00 – Pony Teams }
3. Insurance Certificate or a Letter that Insurance has been applied for 2016 
4. Player Release / Transfers Form (if applicable) {See minimum Requirements under Operating Rule #9 – League Rules} 

Approve

• Dates of league play for each division
  • Didget / Broncos – 11 game schedule starting on 5/19/16
  • Pony – 12 game schedule starting on 5/18/16
• Tournament Dates (Dates will run from 7/5 – 7/16/16)
• Pony All Star Date is scheduled for Thursday – July 14th
• Mandatory Coaches Meeting Date – Set for Sunday 5/1 @ 2:00pm
